In the evening Bishop William Shomali, auxiliary of Jerusalem, celebrated Mass for the Salesian community. In his homily the bishop spoke about the role of the Holy Spirit in the life of faith of the seminarian. He further offered the analogy of a GPS navigator and the Holy Spirit. Like the GPS the Holy Spirit guides us to our heavenly goal, and gently makes corrections for our missteps of life. But unlike the GPS the Holy Spirit is infallible.
Following Mass the Bishop joined the community for dinner, where a group of Salesian students performed a Portuguese song about the Holy Spirit in the bishop's honour.
